ZHEJIANG XIANHE SPECIAL PAPER CO., LTD is a private share-holding enterprise with most advanced devices and largest production scale in the western area of Zhejiang province, with registered capital of 55 million RMB, fixed assets of 158 million RMB, occupied area of 270 acres and building area of 112 thousand square meters, located in Shenjia development zone of Quzhou. We have more than 800 employees working in the factory, with specialized technicians taking more than 20% of total, under the leadership of legal reprehensive Wang minliang.

    In order to elevator the products quality and productivity, the mill continually makes effort in the technical innovation and enforces investment, as bringing in the QCS quality control system , DCS distribution control system , soft-calenders and so on. In the year of 2001, we passed quality management system certification of ISO 14001, and in February of 2006, we passed the quality management system certification ISO9001:2000 and environment management system certification of ISO4001. The company mainly produces décor base paper, cigarette series paper and graphic printing paper of XIANHE brand. The décor base paper’s quality of XIANHE brand has substantially reached the fine base paper’s level, imported from Japan, Germany and Italy, with competitive challenge prevailing in domestic marketing and abroad. The tipping and laminated paper’s quality of XIANHE brand are in the top range in domestic marketing, which can fully substitute imported base paper and adapt the usage of multi-famous cigarette companies popularly. The fine dictionary paper of XIANHE brand is being selected by a lot of big dictionary printing companies in domestic marketing (4 series of Chinese big dictionary). The bible paper of XIANHE brand is being delivered unilaterally to a lot of bible printing companies to make bible books in the domestic marketing and abroad, which finally distributed to the world wide. The dry carbon paper is becoming the invoice paper designated by administration units. We have access in the process of trial production with our second production line, which is being planed to produce carbon base paper, semi-transparent paper, vacuum aluminum-welded paper, copy paper, forming paper, electric container paper and some other fine grade specialty paper. “Substituting imported, filling blanked” is the strategic target of the company, and “elevator the quality depending on technical engagement, sustain the quality depending on strict management” is the qualitative policy of the company.     In 2005, the output of Xianhe brand series specialty paper has excess 30 thousand tons, with sale revenue of 300 million out-broken and taxation of 40,17 million imposed. The company has purchased 770 acres as special paper production base in Donggang development zone of Quzhou, where the primary project item of 4300 is to be start with annual productivity of 30 thousand tons special paper being estimated and till the year of 2010, we will have the capability to produce 150 thousand tons special paper.
